COURSE DESCRIPTION
This self-paced course provides a foundational understanding of radiation and its role in occupational and environmental safety, with a focus on the U.S. Army Radiation Safety Program. Learners will explore key concepts such as radiation types, detection methods, measurement techniques, and regulatory requirements. Through interactive modules and practical scenarios, participants will gain the knowledge needed to identify, assess, and manage radiological hazards in military and civilian contexts.
The course concludes with a knowledge review to assess comprehension. Upon successful completion of the final assessment, learners will receive a downloadable certificate of completion.
PLEASE NOTE: A percentage of 80% or higher is considered passing for the test associated with this online course. Upon completion and passing the test, you will be able to download a certification of completion.
